MENTORING – AN IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF SUPPORTING INNOVATORS

Targi Kielce Hackathon guarantees free mentoring support to all innovators taking part in the Kick – Off Meeting and Hackathon Day. Each innovator/team taking part in the Hackathon will receive free individual consultations of their product idea with all Targi Kielce Hackathon mentors.

Our Mentors will include: experts for:

  • organization of fairs and congresses
  • marketing and promotion

PhD Beata Kozyra

Director of ESG in Grant Thorthon consulting company. Previously General director, member of the board of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, as well as a business advisor, author of books, lecturer of postgraduate and MBA studies in Poland and abroad.

An expert in the field of sustainable development, ESG reporting and strategy with over twenty years of business experience.

Member of the international Net Zero Carbon Events Initiative at UFI, which works on creating decarbonization guidelines for the global events industry, and a member of the Measurement Workstream Team within the NZCE Initiative.

Member of the ESG Committee at the National Chamber of Commerce, whose activities focus primarily on aspects related to key issues for entrepreneurs related to the implementation of sustainable development.

Co-founder and member of the GO GREEN Team operating within the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, whose aim is to co-create and implement sustainable development standards for the exhibition industry in Poland.

She has cooperated with over 50 companies and organizations. She was the president, member of the management board and advisor to the management board in several organizations, including: including: the Institute of Aviation in Warsaw, Pratt&Whitney Canada, IPT Holding in Łódź, B&K Simple Solution in Warsaw.

As a representative of the exhibition industry, he regularly comments on the current situation of the industry in the media.

She is a graduate of computer science master's studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Szczecin, postgraduate business studies at the West Pomeranian Business School, doctoral studies at the Leon Koźmiński University and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, as well as many certified workshops and courses in the field of ESG.

She is also the author of 4 books: Practical change management in the company - The devil is not so scary; Self-management – Understand yourself and make your dreams come true; Communication without barriers – How to understand and be understood; Strategic alliance as an introduction to mergers and acquisitions.

PhD Eng Anna Woźna

I gained my education at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, in the field of Materials Engineering and Management and Production Engineering. After completing my master's degree, I received a position and started doctoral studies at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. My PhD was on an interdisciplinary topic at the intersection of the technology and medicine - I was responsible for developing the material characteristics of biocomposites intended for bone replacements to be used in 3D printing technology. Currently, my scientific interests revolve around circular economy solutions, sustainable development, bio-design and bio-products. After defending my doctorate, I started deepening my education in the field of academic tutoring and mentoring. I hope that my knowledge and experience will prove useful in the role of a mentor supporting the work of project teams.

Anita Lagierska

A graduate of economics, marketing and management at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Currently, deputy director of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Social Communication of the Kielce City Hall. Anita supports innovative development of enterprises, is member of the jury in the startup platform project. Initiator and author of national and international projects supporting the social and economic development of the city in the spirit of the smart city paradigm. Anita supervised also work on the development of the Entrepreneurship Support Program for the City of Kielce, one of whose priorities is the development of human capital in response to the needs of a modern economy. Initiator of projects in the area of entrepreneurship education, which assume adapting competences and qualifications to the needs of Kielce enterprises and developing key competences for the labor market.

Justyna Tomala

Research and teaching assistant at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Krakow University of Economics (UEK), with research interests focused on sustainable development, eco-innovation, critical mineral resources and development economics. Justyna has many years of project work experience - she participated in projects financed by the National Center for Research and Development and the European Commission. She also took part in several mobility projects for young people supported by the Erasmus+ program, e.g. Green Entrepreneurship - Easier Done that Said! Justyna is a member of the European Association of Environmental and Natural Resources Economists (EAERE), the Polish Economic Society (PTE) and the Polish Association of Environmental and Natural Resources Economists (PSEiZN). She cooperates with the University’s Social Responsibility Team. Privately, she is an advocate of a healthy lifestyle, the zero waste idea and a travel enthusiast.

Arkadiusz Krzeczkowski

Director of the Trade Department at the Kielce Exhibition Center

Served in Afghanistan. Now, he leads the trade department. Over 30 years of service in the army, I have learned that we need to trust the people we work with. I have been on missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, and I am accustomed to working under time and stress pressure. He spent three decades in the army in various positions, participated in foreign missions, spent four years in international structures as a specialist in civil-military cooperation, and worked on strategic planning, including supporting governments during the Covid-19 pandemic.

He joined the Targi Kielce team with enthusiasm as an intern in September 2021, and after just three months, he became the Trade Fair Organization Manager. In May 2022, he already assumed the responsibilities of the Trade Department Director. As a fan of new technologies and innovative solutions, he is responsible for investments and renovations. From the very beginning, he has been supporting the green transformation in trade fairs. Along with the subordinate organizational units, he implements investments and renovations as part of the ESG strategy, focusing on environmental friendliness, resource efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and reliance on renewable sources of energy, raw materials, and materials.

Joanna Marcjan

Deputy Director of the Trade Department at the Kielce Exhibition Center

At the Kielce Trade Fair since 2001. In the position of Deputy Director of the Trade Department since 2017. Educated as a pedagogue and passionate gardener. Among her key responsibilities is coordinating the organization and course of trade events. She collaborates with numerous institutions, associations, and Industrial and Commercial Chambers. In 2022, she was honored with the title of Leading Women Achievers in the Exhibition Industry at the Exhibition Excellence Awards 2022.

 

Łukasz Radomski

Deputy Manager of the Exhibition Stand Design Team

He may not be visible in everyday life, but thanks to the daily work of the entire Exhibition Stand Design Team, we can clearly see all our Exhibitors. The whole process begins with drawing plans for the arrangement of stands, which is the most crucial aspect for each Exhibitor - the location. The next step is to contact them and determine the technical details of the stand and its construction. That's why during the busy trade fair period, his phone and email inbox, much like him, are buzzing with activity. With each passing year, experience and professional development in this industry have grown. Ultimately, the dedication he put into his work resulted in a promotion to the position of Deputy Manager of the Exhibition Stand Design Team.

Marcin Lisowski

Specialist in individual projects

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Wroclaw University of Technology with extensive design experience, both in the scale of architectural structures and interior details. Associated with Targi Kielce for 5 years. He assists both small and major exhibitors in materializing their ideas for presentation during trade events. Successfully fulfills the role of a coordinator in the design and implementation process of individual structures, enjoys challenges, and often applies innovative solutions.

 

Ewa Ćwiklińska

Specialist for individual stands

Designer of individual stands, a graduate of the University of Arts in Poznań with a major in Interior Architecture. She has extensive experience in designing not only individual stands. Successfully translates artistic visions into the language of technical solutions. Full of passion, open-minded, trend-following, and individually tailored to each Exhibitor.
